Which jurisdiction to choose is open for discussion and will depend greatly on the type of your planned activities.
- Second step: opening representative office in Russia and registering it in the state registration chamber. We can arrange it in a way most convenient for you. We will carry out all of the necessary paperwork and arrangements in order for you to have a representative office the way you like it. The full list of options on this step will depend on individual needs of our client.
- After the representative office is registered, we can apply for the work visas at the same place – the state registration chamber. If they have your representative office registered, then they will provide the visa support for the employees of the office and their family members. There are additional options on this step that will depend on the individual circumstances of each client. We would like to stress out that the decision to give working visas or any other documents regarding living and working of an individual in Russia is made entirely by state authorities. Therefore we cannot guarantee the outcome of your application.
